We are committed to delivering high quality, thoughtful, responsive care to all our patients, tailored to their individual needs.

We are a large general practice located in a mews in the heart of South Kensington where our highly experienced team of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other health care professionals provide extensive health and wellbeing services for their patients.

We are a training practice and have strong links with our local hospitals and their consultants to offer the highest standard of patient care.

The Practice has adopted the Latin motto ‘Adjuvare Alios Se Ipsos Ajuvare’ which means –

‘Helping others to help themselves’

Patient Handbook

The Stanhope Mews West Surgery Patient Handbook was prepared in 2024 to provide a detailed and comprehensive set of information for new and existing patients. It outlines all the steps needed to join the practice, make appointments and order repeat prescriptions as well as providing background information to many other services available from the practice. You can download a copy here or pick up a printed copy from the reception staff at the practice. The handbook will be regularly reviewed and updated when major changes to practice staff or services are made.
