• Actually no we made an appointment the telephone appointment making facility was fit for purpose it told us we were 5th in the queue then 4 etc then we made our appointment perhaps an estimate of time to be dealt with but in principle it was fine
• Remove telephone appointments Provide a line people can call if they want to but all other GP s work from the surgery and SEE patients IN PERSON
• I choose to see MY GP so try and book ahead but sometimes it is two or three weeks before he has an appointment slot
• I would be great not to reschedule many times appointments
• Need face2face appointments a lot more in the appointment schedules
• If appointments available sooner for a non urgent phone call appointment with a GP e g within one week rather than two.
• It would be nice to actually speak to a doctor rather than the clouds
• I can’t think of anything that could improve my experience every step is very efficient initial contact waiting and seeing the doctor all a very satisfactory experience. To have less call waiting time But most importantly is to have a softer relaxing music on the call waiting Thank you The NHS app to recognise face ID and not have to put passwords each time
