Patients do not need to see a GP to use this service.

If you have a cough, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath for less than 5 days, go to the website above:

  • Enter our voucher code: E87013
  • You need your NHS number to use this service. If you care not sure what your NHS number is call the surgery.
  • Provide your mobile number, email and home address and a swab will be sent to you, return it to the lab in the provided envelope and you will receive your results within a few days, via SMS.
  • The practice will also receive a copy of your result.
