To ensure the safety and appropriateness of your medication, please be aware that private prescriptions and hospital conversion requests will now require 48 hours for processing.

This change is necessary because these prescriptions sometimes include medications not on our practice formulary, which is set by NHS guidelines. In such cases, we often need to request further information, such as clinic letters from your prescribing doctor or specialist to ensure the medication is suitable and safe for you.
