Community Living Well is the community mental health service for anyone aged 16 and over in Kensington & Chelsea, Queen’s Park and Paddington. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low mood or isolation, Community Living Well can help. It makes it easy for you, and anyone who cares for you, to access a wide range of clinical and wellbeing services. Services include: NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT), and wellbeing services, such as peer support groups, self-care and practical support with employment, debt, housing and benefits issues.

You can refer yourself and you will be contacted within 5 working days.

Good Thinking is a London Digital Mental Wellbeing Service and promotes self-care for the four most common mental health conditions: anxiety, sleep problems, low mood, and stress. It provides free, 24/7, digital support to Londoners seeking mental health and well-being advice and help.

Beat – help and advice for patients with eating disorders

Beat is the UK’s biggest eating disorder charity and the programme is based on Professor Janet Treasure’s book Skills-based Learning for Caring for a Loved One with an Eating Disorder: The New Maudsley Method. Carers will be able to connect each week with a trained Beat advisor, who’ll provide them with a place to talk, offload and empower them to help their loved one towards positive change alongside the professional support their loved one is receiving
